Bios

Alexander Arestov |
Alexander Arestov was a student in the Moscow Circus School
in Moscow, Russia. He studied in the school and graduated
with high expertise in circus art skills of all types. He
moved on to the Moscow University of Theatrical Arts, to
pursue his abilities in circus arts. There he mastered skills
of theater, ability to teach and choreograph circus arts
and shows. He graduated with highest levels of achievements
and awards.
Alexander then put together his own acrobatics troupe.
He performed with his troupe in the Moscow State Circus
for 10 years all round the world. During the time that Alexander
led the troupe, they were invited to competitions and festivals.
In Chili, Alexander and his troupe took the “Silver
Bird” award, in Moscow at the “International
Circus Festival of Moscow, Russia”, they were awarded
the “Diploma of Excellence” , and at the “International
Circus Festival” in Sarasota, Florida, USA, Alexander
and his son received the “Bronze Metal” for
Hand to Hand Acrobatics.
Alexander then pursued to take his own show on the road.
He took his show to many countries in South America, Europe,
Asia and North America.
Alexander has now been performing in Canada and USA for
the last 17 years. He has performed for Shrine Circuses,
theme parks, state fairs, festivals, cirque theater shows
in Hawaii, galas and more.
He performs now one of the most unique acts of its kind
“The Magical Transformation” with his wife Elena
Arestov and Hand to Hand balancing acrobatics this his sons
Ivan and Alexander.

Elena Arestov
|
Elena Arestov is originally from Moscow, Russia. She was
a student at the age of 8 in the “Moscow Circus School.”
She began practicing all types of circus arts. Elena mastered
circus skills from a very young age. She studied aerial
acrobatics, flexibility and tumbling acrobatics. She decided
to continue on to pursue a career in the circus. She then
studied in the Moscow Circus College where she specialized
in theater, dance, and acrobatics. She graduated with high
honors and awards.
Elena then joined the troupe of Alexander Arestov. She
performed with him and his troupe in the “Moscow State
Circus” for 10 years. Along her journey with the troupe
she traveled all over the world touring in over 17 countries.
Elena and the troupe were awarded the “Silver Bird”
in Chile at the “International Circus Arts Festival”.
Currently residing in the United States with her family,
Elena toured and performed all over the United States and
Canada for; shrine circuses, fairs, festivals, galas, and
cirque production shows. She performs “The Magical
Transformation” with her husband Alexander and “Hula-Hoop”
artistry.

Rietta |
Rietta is a 6th generation circus performer. She is the
grand daughter of the late Karl Wallenda. Rietta started
performing in the circus like most generation circus performers
at the young age of 5. She mastered many different aerial
feat such as the Spanish web, aerial lyra, trapeze, sway
pole and high wire.
At the age of 13 Rietta made her debut in the Wallenda
high wire act along with her grandfather Karl Wallenda.
She toured all over the world with “The Great Wallenda’s”
performing and carrying on the family traditions.
Along her journey she performed at many international
circus festivals and competitions including the “London
Circus World Championship” in London, England, where
they took 1st place, “Monte Carlo Circus Festival”
in Monte Carlo, Monaco and received the “Silver Clown”
for the USA and special awards. Rietta was the top person
in the eight person pyramid on the high wire for the 2003
Guinness Book of World Records. She has performed for Disneyland
Euro in Paris, France to film a circus movie, doubled for
Cathy Rigby in the movie “The Great Wallenda’s”,
NFL Super Bowl half time show 2000 for Disney, NFL Pro Bowl
half time show 2008, and has traveled with some of the biggest
Shrine Circuses in the USA and Canada, casinos, theme parks,
cirque production shows, galas and special sporting event
shows.
Rietta is currently performing high wire, lyra, and aerial
perch with her daughter Lyric Wallenda.

Simon Arestov |
Originally from Moscow, Russia, Simon Arestov is a second
generation circus performer. Simon made his professional
circus debut with the “Moscow State Circus”,
where he performed with his parents in an acrobatic troupe.
At the age of five Simon began performing a “Hand
to Hand” balancing act with his father. For years,
Simon and his family performed in many different countries
all over the world, including: Russia, Poland, Bulgaria,
Chile, Peru, U.S.A., Canada, among many others.
At the age of 13, Simon made his first solo debut performing,
the “Rolla-Bolla”. Later Simon also added two
more acts, the “Spinning Cube” and the “Comedy
Strong Man” . Simon has performed these acts all over
the U.S.A. for many Shrine Circuses, theme parks, festivals,
fairs, galas, sports half time shows (NFL Pro Bowl half
time show and CFL half time show, among others), circus
and cirque production shows.
Simon was a participant in two International Circus Festivals.
In 1995 he performed his “Hand to Hand “ balancing
act at the “International Circus Festival” in
Sarasota, Florida, U.S.A., where he was awarded the “Bronze
Metal”. Participating in the “Festival of the
City of Latina” in Latina, Italy, in 2005. Simon performed
his “Rolla-Bolla” and “Spinning Cube”
acts and he was awarded the “Silver Plate” and
voted #1 by the journalists of the Latina Newspaper.
Simon Arestov is currently performing three of the most
unique artistic acts, “Rolla-Bolla”, “Spinning
Cube”, and “Comedy Strong Man”.

Lyric Wallenda |
Lyric Wallenda is a 7th generation circus performer of
the world famous Wallenda family. She is the great grand
daughter of the late Karl Wallenda. Lyric started practicing
before she could remember. She made her debut professionally
at the age of 5. She performed a single trapeze in an aerial
display. Lyric continued to practice and master many different
types of aerial acts such as: Spanish Web, Aerial Lyra,
Sway Pole, High Wire and Aerial Perch.
At the of 11 Lyric made her debut performing the aerial
perch with her mother. At 13 Lyric began professionally
performing on the sway pole and in the family high wire
act. She toured all over the world performing with her mother
and other family members.
Lyric has performed and participated in different Circus
festival and special events all around the world. She performed
Double Aerial Lyra at the “Sarasota Circus Festival”
1995 in Sarasota, Florida and she received a special award,
and High Wire with her family at the “Monte Carlo
Circus Festival” 2004 in Monte Carlo, Monaco and they
received the “Silver Clown” for the USA and
special awards. Lyric was in the family high wire act as
a participant for the 2003 Guinness Book of World Records.
Lyric has performed for Six Flags theme parks in the “Batman
Stunt Shows”, NFL Pro Bowl half times show 2008, starred
in a “Diet Mountain Dew” commercial in 2007
on the high wire, and has traveled all over the USA and
Canada performing for some of the biggest Shrine Circuses,
casinos, theme parks, cirque production shows, galas and
special sporting events shows.
Lyric is currently performing high wire, lyra, and aerial
perch with her mother Rietta Wallenda.

Ivan |
Ivan is a second generation circus performer. Ivan made
his debut at the age of 3. Ivan started practicing at a
young age like most professional circus performers. He performs
“Hand to Hand” balancing, with his father Alexander
Arestov, tumbling acrobatics, juggling of cigar boxes and
devil sticks and he has mastered the skills of the “Ultimate
Wheels”, better known as the unicycle without a seat.
Ivan has been performing for all types of audiences around
the U.S.A. And Canada.
