With a list of credits that include singer, national jingle artist,
songwriter, producer, and television and film music composer,
Elisa Furr has finally succumbed to the frequent requests
that she start performing full time as a Celine Dion Impersonator.
From the moment that Celine Dion's songs became popular
and Elisa started performing them in her cover bands,
she and others immediately began to recognize the similarity
in their voices.
No matter where she was performing, when she performed
a Celine Dion song, people would stop in their tracks
to hear her finish the song and would often come up and
hand her money after the song. "It just made people
want to tip me, which is fine with me." She jokes.
She often jokes as well that she sang like Celine Dion
even before Celine did.
With a magnetic stage presence
and gorgeous costumes, Elisa Furr sails her way through
a fantastic set of Celine Dion's greatest hits playing to
the audience as only Celine Dion can. She sings from her
heart which is obvious when you watch her do such gorgeous
ballads as "My Heart Will Go On" or "Because
You Loved Me". Hitting the high notes with absolute
ease, she gets the crowds pumping with "Love Can Move
Mountains" and dances around the audience to "River
Deep, Mountain High". Inevitably, there is not a dry
eye in the house as she breathlessly holds that last note
of "God Bless America".
Whether she is performing solo or has her cast of back-up dancers,Elisa
Furr can definitely fill Celine Dion's shoes as no other impersonator
