Frank Olivier began his career literally on
the streets, entertaining San Francisco tourists in the early 80's.
There he developed his unique wild brand of comedy. But Olivier's
street per-forming
days were numbered. Soon he was appearing in local comedy clubs sharing
the bill with Dana Carvey, Robin Williams, Whoopi Goldberg, and others.
On his first trip to New York, planned as
a vacation, Olivier had to borrow a friend's uni-cycle when Broadway
producers tracked him down,
wanting him to audition. They hired him on the spot, and for the next
three years he toured in the hit show 'Sugar Babies' with Mickey Rooney
and Ann Miller.
Soon his television career was in full swing,
with appearances on
'The Tonight Show,' 'Comic Strip Live,' shows for PBS, HBO, BBC,
Disney & more.
By the early 90's Frank was performing every-where from New York's
Lincoln Center to casino reviews, and banquet & award shows for IBM, HP,
Wells Fargo and countless others.
Olivier is in demand and is constantly developing new routines.
His recent 'Twisted Cabaret theater show played for 4 months in
San Fran-cisco
to rave reviews and standing ovations.

Frank was very professional. He was early to make sure the set up was
perfect, called ahead to hotel with special requests. He got to meet,
before the show, with the owners of the company to guarantee their participation.
That was huge. Frank had people standing on their chairs so they would
not miss a thing! One of the funniest acts I have ever witnessed! After
the show, he hung around and talked with the audience while they had
lunch. He did card tricks that the common phrase was "how did he
do that?" I would hire Frank again in a heartbeat!!!
