Gerri Garrick entertains around the world with her high-energy shows
and magnetic personality. She's known for the variety of music she performs,
her zany personality, and her incorporation of choreography, energizing
the musical numbers.
A NYC native, Gerri's career evolved over the years through her work
as a leading lady in musical theater, singing with various gospel troupes,
a music education at James Madison University, and the study of many
styles of dance. In recent years, Gerri's been touring with her solo
act, which led to work with such consummate entertainers as Nell Carter,
Neil Sedaka, Rosalind Kind, and both Fyvush and Ian Finkel.
Her show covers a vast variety of music from Broadway and
pop, to 50's and 60's rock and roll, and gospel. Due to
such variety, she can perform material suitable for any
audience's preferences, or any size venue. An experienced
dancer, Gerri incorporates high-energy choreography into
her show. She also has a unique talent for spontaneity and
comedy, stemming from her experience with the renowned Second
City Improv in NYC.
