  Making sure that the performers lodging needs are met by communication with the hotel prior to act arrival.
  Working with ground and air transportation to set up performers arrival and departure.
  Scheduling performer's sound check, green room arrival, backstage entrance, etc.
  Creating full timeline of production which will include all parties involved.
  Taking care of all necessary badges, back stage passes, all access badges, etc.
  Working with the AV production team from start to finish.
