Some years ago, a group of Friends gathered
at a nightclub in Bogotá, Colombia. Among them was Yari Moré,
a talent ready to be discovered. Suddenly, one of Yari's friends asked
the Bandleader to give Yari a chance to sing.
The bandleader, thinking he was in front of
another drunk customer who wanted a chance at stardom accepted reluctantly.
As Yari performed on stage, he displayed his natural talent for the music.
Little did he know that this was his step to a bigger world. Not only
Yari capture the crowd but he had them asking to sing more. Shortly after,
this "debut" motivated the Bandleader to hire Yari permanently
as the main singer
of the band.
Yari Moré continued to sing with the
group for the next six months until joining the top bands in Colombia, "La
Tropibomba" and Then" La Catedra de Colombia." Due to
his impressive talent, Yari then earned a two year contract to join "Orquestra
Blacio Jr." as a lead singer in the sister republic of Ecuador.
After that, he would move to the United States.
Success seemed to be the defining trait of Yari's
career. After performing with popular bands throughout Colombia and
Ecuador, Yari moved to Los Angeles to further cultivate his career.
In the years
that he has been in the United States, Yari has created quite an impressive
resume including winning several competitions. For example; he received
first place as singer and composer at the local and national OTI Song
Festival for three consecutive years, The" Curacao" Song Festival,

also the" Star Search" where he won first place nationally.

Colombia, Central America, surpassing other recording artists such

Yari Moré was consequently associated
with the romantic music world. However, after singing ballads for ten
years and keeping the romanticism, he directed his style to the difficult
rhythms of Salsa. Yari recorded his first album titled " Piel a
Piel", thus proving the scope and breadth of his talent. Following
