Raising Cain is a group of experienced musicians whose common purpose is delivering the best possible entertainment, specifically tailored to meet your special event requirements. All the Raising Cain musicians are veteran music professionals who have reached ultra-high prominence in the Denver music industry: running their own music companies, working as studio session players and solo artists, etc. There is nothing like live music at a wedding ceremony. The beautiful strains of Vivaldi or Bach floating among the aspens at an outdoor Colorado ceremony can create amazing life-long memories. Even if they've hired a live band for their reception, most wedding couples have to hire a separate ceremony group. That's because wedding ceremony music is specialized and involves the esoteric craft of classical music. Plus, the fact that wedding couples have to pay full travel rates for these additional musicians makes it an expensive proposition.
Raising Cain is uniquely suited, among Colorado rock/pop reception bands, to play ALL the live music on your wedding day. That's because several Dance Band DB190 musicians have extensively studied classical music. And, for Raising Cain musicians already on site, they discount their ceremony services to a very modest fee. This can save you a bundle. Raising Cain musicians are all multi-talented performers who switch back and forth between several instruments. With as many as eight instruments on stage, it's like getting an eight-piece band for the price of five.
"Wow that band is spectacular. They were the best band I have ever experienced. If there is any way we can promote them let us know. The lead singer is amazing and got the crowd going all of the time. I am so happy my son-in-law found them. They were worth every penny."
--Keli Lynch, Mother of the Bride, Carbondale, CO
"Raising Cain was absolutely amazing! They learned a song for our first dance and did a fabulous job. The music was all great and everyone had a blast dancing all night long. I would reccomend Raising Cain to anyone planning an event. They were absolutely perfect and made our wedding a wonderful day we and all our guests will never forget!"
--Brice and Mary Asher Johnson
"Raising Cain did an excellent job at our wedding this summer. Before the event, they were responsive and professional in all their interactions with us. At the event, they really rocked and were completely self-sufficient. The crowd loved them - many people commented afterward about what a great job they did."
-- Joel W
"Raising Cain managed to learn the few songs we had requested -namely our bridal dance song and their performance was so spot on and sung with so much energy and enthusiasm. They really know how to entertain and get a room full of people up dancing! They were open to any and all of our suggestions throughout our correspondence. For the record -Raising Cain ROCKS!!"
--Jacqui J
"I would highly reccomend Raising Cain. They went above and beyond. They even learned a new song for me in less than a week. The guests all talked about how great they were. From young to old we were all out on the dance floor. They had good variety and fullfilled every and all of my wants and needs. Nice people too!"
--Betsy W
"The band did a fantastic job - we were really thrilled with both the logistical aspect of their setup/takedown and the actual music. Lots of fun, many compliments from guests at our wedding, absolutely will recommend them to others. Thank you!"
